The Dreamer's Fanfare tells the story of a dream for the future. A future of world peace and stability. A world that has averted the climate crisis. A world that provides stability for all. A world where no mother has to make a choice between her physical survival and her infant's survival.
This fanfare is framed in an A B A format. The A section represents optimism towards the future, but the B section is a sardonic march that almost mimics clown marches and mocks the fearmongering and polarization of humanity. It mocks the fallacy of this us versus them dynamic that can be found in something as small as a community with two churches, to something large as the global East versus West dichotomy. This is a global issue; on all sides of the political spectrum, there has been violence from places such as Brazil, United Kingdom, China, to the United States. However, this dichotomy of us versus them is a fallacy. Remove it and world peace will have a chance.
