Justin was admitted into the highly selecting Emerging Composer’s Intensive, where he will write a clarinet trio for Moran Katz, Eunice Kim, and Drew Petersen. Additionally, he will study with Wang Jie and Nick DiBerardino.

Justin had his work, (Re)Construction, read and recorded by Wet Ink Ensemble at the University of South Carolina.

6.4.2023 - 6.24.2023

Justin was admitted into the 2023 Mostly Modern Festival with the top scholarship. As part of the festival, Justin will be writing a piano trio for the Neave Trio that will be premiered at the festival.

Robert Paterson, Stephen Cabell, Samuel Adler, Christian Blaha, Mara Gibson, and Tarik O’Regan are the composition faculty.
